| Our building, MSK House, is a landmark building in the CBD of Cape Town, well placed for our clients and also close to the High Court, the Receiver, the Deeds Office and other government offices.
We see the City of Cape Town as an increasingly important centre for both local and international business and we believe strongly in its future as a regional commercial capital. This is reflected in our investment in MSK House.
After acquiring MSK House and relocating there last year, we are pleased that renovations are now substantially progressed. The exterior has been repainted ( the “face lift” will soon be complete) and the main entrance and the foyers throughout the building have been refurbished.
